About The Position
Treetop ABA is expanding into Albuquerque — and we’re looking for an enthusiastic BCBA to help us build something amazing. You’ll spend three days each week working hands-on with children and families in our new clinic and two days focusing on planning, documentation, and collaboration from home. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- A passion for helping children reach their full potential
- Experience in clinic-based or hybrid ABA models
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and track meaningful progress
- Supervise, train, and collaborate with RBTs
- Partner closely with families to support consistency and growth
- Balance in-person client work with remote planning and coordination
