About The Position

Sunrise ABA was founded in 2019 with a simple goal: deliver ethical, high-quality care while building a culture clinicians actually want to be part of. Today, we provide center-based, school, and in-home ABA services across California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee. We’re growing and looking for BCBAs who want flexibility, real clinical support, and room to advance. Role structure Primarily remote / telehealth Travel one week per month to assigned regions for in-person support, team development, and client needs

Requirements

Lives within 100 miles of the San Jose metro area and able to travel 5 days per month (1 week in-person, 3 weeks remote)
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree
Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment
Commitment to client outcomes
Leadership mindset and ability to support growing teams
Comfortable working remotely with periodic travel

Responsibilities

Case management for learners ages 2–18
Clinical documentation and data tracking in CentralReach
Intake assessments and treatment planning
Parent training and caregiver collaboration
Supervision and mentorship of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Collaboration with Clinical Directors and regional leadership
Full-time billable expectation: 30 hours/week for remote/travel roles
