Requirements

• You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
• You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Total compensation (base + bonus) for this role starts at $86,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise.
