About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment focused on positive outcomes for children and families. Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics
