About The Position

Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team serving families across Fayette County and surrounding areas. At MATS, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive and nurturing environment that improves the quality of life for individuals with autism and their families. We emphasize family collaboration, high-quality staff training, and socially meaningful skill development. BCBAs at MATS function as autonomous clinical leaders, guiding treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring effective behavioral interventions for our clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to supervise RBTs and manage clinical caseloads

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland
  • Experience using CentralReach or similar ABA software
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, PDDBI, etc.)
  • Develop and supervise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs, BTs, and BCaBAs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Ensure fidelity of ABA interventions and data collection
  • Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators
  • Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
  • Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical guidelines
  • Support staff training and professional development
