Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical care and collaborating with families from diverse backgrounds. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home while also maintaining in-person connections with clients and your team.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Texas licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to perform physical job requirements including standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of background check, driving record review, and reference verification

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Deliver parent training, with an emphasis on culturally responsive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
