About The Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) Full-Time | School-Based ABA Services | Wall, NJ Be part of something new. Make an impact where it matters most. BAYADA is launching a new school-based ABA program in Wall, NJ , and we’re seeking full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs®) who are passionate about supporting students in a public school setting. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB®
- New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or ability to obtain prior to start
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based ABA settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfort with technology and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and high-quality clinical care

Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead group supervision and professional development sessions
- Ensure compliance with BACB® ethical and professional standards
- Promote a culture rooted in compassion, excellence, and reliability
Benefits
- Total compensation up to $82,000–$103,000 , including incentives
- Sign-on bonus up to $7,000
