About The Position
As BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will make a measurable and lasting impact in the lives of young children. You will train staff in the delivery of individualized treatment programs for early learners, integrate the principles of trauma-assumed care and Skills Based Treatment, and earn crisis management certification under the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP). Your role will also involve fostering an environment of safety, security and HRE in clinical services, delivering an engaging parent training program that drives lifelong outcomes, integrating the latest research of ABA programs for young children, and advocating for the importance of early intervention and research-based practices.
