About The Position

As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach. You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years.

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification (Required)
  • Experience working with young autistic children (under the age of 6)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) experience preferred (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER).
  • Commitment to learning and working within a neurodiversity-affirming environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments with clients to identify areas of strength and areas for growth.
  • Create individualized interventions based on assessment data to promote skill acquisition and reduce dangerous behaviors.
  • Provide evidence-based parent training using a structured curriculum.
  • Supervise a small team of 5-6 BTs with dedicated time for weekly group supervision and individual supervision meetings during work hours.
  • Use data collection software to track client progress and make data-driven decisions about intervention plans.
  • Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, and clinical supervisors to enhance the overall intervention approach.
  • Stay up to date with current best practices for young children with autism.
