Community Autism Services, now a part of The Stepping Stones Group, is actively seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our exceptional team of Behavioral Consultants in our school-based branch located in Manchester, NH. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism and other developmental disorders. We are committed to investing heavily in professional development, clinical support, and regular on-site supervision to ensure our team members thrive in their roles. As a BCBA, you will work closely with school districts to help shape the skills of teachers, case managers, and paraprofessionals, ultimately leading to optimal outcomes for students across a range of diagnoses. You will have the opportunity to supervise our ABA Instructors who are placed full-time in districts, providing them with weekly BCBA support. This collaborative environment allows for advanced programming and higher levels of training for school personnel, helping districts achieve their goals more efficiently.
