About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Hainesport, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on every child's journey. Opportunities are available both state-wide and nation-wide, and we encourage growth within the company. The setting for this role is school-based services focused on pediatric care, providing an excellent opportunity to work directly with students in an educational environment. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, with compensation for the full school day, including preparation time, note-taking, and lunch. This role offers exclusive school placement, meaning no travel is required, allowing you to focus entirely on your students and their needs. Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans for students. You will also supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for students.
