About The Position

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Supportive Care ABA, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the unique needs and goals of each client. Based on these assessments, you will develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans that utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment. In this position, you will provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, employing your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. A significant part of your role will involve collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress, allowing you to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with families and caregivers to implement behavior strategies at home, ensuring a consistent approach to therapy and support. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours while fulfilling the responsibilities of the role. You will have the opportunity to work both part-time and full-time, with various shift options available, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. Your work will be conducted in person, providing you with the chance to engage directly with clients and their families in a supportive environment.
