Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments
- Develop treatment plans for insurance companies
- Develop skill acquisition programming
- Create behavior plans and corresponding data collection systems
- Collect and analyze data
- Collaborate with other providers
- Conduct caregiver training
- Report on treatment plan objectives
- Attend bi-weekly meetings at the office
Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Nice-to-haves
- Each BCBA who bills above 100 hours per month receives a bonus of $50 for each hour billed above 100 that month
- Six month BCBA evaluations are eligible for a $1000 criteria-based bonus
