Achieve Beyond is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in White Plains, NY. Our organization has been providing exceptional pediatric therapy services since 1995, focusing on children with developmental disabilities through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are committed to delivering high-quality services across various settings, including home, community, and clinic environments. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and collaborating with caregivers to develop meaningful goals and treatment plans. You will design behavior intervention plans and create specific, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement. In this role, you will provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to your cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback to ensure the clinical integrity of the programs. Regular clinical reviews of session notes for assigned behavior therapists will be part of your responsibilities, along with analyzing data to implement data-driven program changes. You will ensure that progress is generalized and that caregivers are active participants in therapy through specific goals, training sessions, and communication. Conducting reassessments at least twice per year while summarizing data and progress for each client supervised is also essential. Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations is a critical aspect of this position. Ultimately, your work will contribute to ensuring that all programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness for the children we serve.
