Travel twice a month to vibrant New Orleans while supporting families from home through telehealth. Requirements

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
Commitment to supporting children and families with autism
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality services.
Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans.
Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions.
Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
