About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to children in a school setting. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful therapy programs, mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborate with other specialists, and manage your caseload effectively.

Requirements

  • The ability to work in a school setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • Both an active BCBA certification and an Illinois license are required.
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Facilitate parent/caregiver training sessions to support skill generalization across environments.
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff.
