About The Position

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a significant impact? Join us and transform lives with your expertise! You will oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that each plan is executed effectively and with fidelity. As a BCBA, you will also play a crucial role in training and supervising RBTs and other staff members, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth.
