About The Position

The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract position and a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team. BCBAs are needed throughout Lancaster County, PA! They may work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs. Flexible scheduling for work/life balance is offered.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active.
• Demonstrated work experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders.
• Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills for diagnosed children to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting.
• Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and/or school.
• Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
• Manage a caseload of multiple clients, with cases typically authorized for 2-3 hours per week based on medical necessity.
