About The Position

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in West Orange, NJ. We have created an ideal work culture for BCBAs, offering a student-loan repayment program for existing loans (up to $24,000 total - $1,000 per month), lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week), and smaller-than-average caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week). Requirements

  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Perform other typical BCBA activities
