About The Position

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wellesley, MA. This full-time position offers a supportive work culture designed to enhance the effectiveness and satisfaction of our BCBAs. We provide a relocation package of up to $15,000 and a student loan forgiveness program of up to $24,000. Our work environment is characterized by lower-than-average billable hours (27 hours per week) and smaller caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week), allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care. Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
