About The Position

Our mission is to nurture the 'Already' remarkable abilities of children with autism. Our commitment is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized autism services which magnify the innate worth of those we serve. We are looking to add a salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing family of caregivers. Our BCBA will provide training and supervision to our team of BCABAs, RBTs, and additional behavioral staff. Our BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments of our clients, implement treatment curricula, and supervise our clients' progress. Communication with parents and guardians is key; our BCBA will provide training and assistance to our clients' caregivers to ensure continuity of care from our institute to our clients' homes. Requirements

  • Master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Minimum two years' experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
  • Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct behavioral services and assessments
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design treatment programs for clients
  • Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans
  • Provide primary caregiver training and support
  • Protect the well-being of all clients in treatment sessions and emergency crises
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time
