About The Position
Ro Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the high desert San Bernardino area, specifically in Apple Valley, CA. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, with a starting pay of $55 per hour. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue into the next school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special needs, providing a combination of one-on-one support and general classroom assistance. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with children and can manage situations involving physically aggressive behavior when necessary. In this role, you will be responsible for training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support the rest of the district staff. You will also assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
