About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, high-quality services to children and young adults with Autism. We value clinical excellence, collaboration, and a modern, supportive approach to leadership. We’re currently hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role focused on clinical leadership, staff support, and quality care, with strong administrative teams in place so you’re not carrying everything on your own.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification (BACB)
1+ year BCBA experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment
Comfortable working across home, school, and community settings

Responsibilities

Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings
