About The Position
Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of BCBAs. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
Responsibilities
- Providing caregiver coaching and support
- Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
- Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
