About The Position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at the Grand Junction Regional Center is responsible for providing evidence-based behavior analytic programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and complex behavioral challenges. The role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing clinical oversight to Direct Support Technicians (DSTs). The BCBA will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and may also provide training and consultation to staff and outside providers.
