About The Position
Join Our Team as a BCBA or BCaBA at The Arc Western Montana! The Arc Western Montana is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we serve while working in a collaborative, person-centered environment. In this role, you will conduct or assist with assessments, design individualized behavior support plans, and support the training and oversight of direct support staff in community, home, and center-based settings. Whether you’re a BCBA ready to lead or a BCaBA looking to grow, we are excited to support your clinical skills and professional development. This role is based in-office in Missoula, Montana. Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate if required.
