About The Position

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Naperville location. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT, OT, and SLP. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. RUSH Kids offers opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA.

Requirements

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Set a High Standard of Care: Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
• Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
• Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual
• Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
