About The Position

At Pediatrics Plus, we are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team of highly qualified professionals that share our vision of Empowering Children to Conquer their World! Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active status as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) or upcoming BCBA eligibility (exam scheduled)
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent and fast learner with computers and software
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, social, organizational, and communication (written and vocal) skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.
  • Complete and write behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans for families participating in the ABA program.
  • Implement individualized and evidenced based interventions for ABA clients.
  • Conduct parent training sessions and communicate changes/updates to families.
  • Supervise and mentor BT, RBT and/or BCBA candidates.
  • Attend treatment planning and team meetings.
  • Complete daily documentation & scheduling of BT/RBT under their supervision.
  • Assist, substitute, and/or help other staff as needed to ensure continuity of coverage for the children being served.
  • Provide administration with updated credentials as needed.
  • Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to ensure quality services for children and families.
  • Participate in annual performance reviews for professional development and growth.
  • Provide feedback to administration regarding ways to enhance continued improvement of the ABA program.
  • Respond positively to feedback concerning job performance.
  • Participate in Multidisciplinary conferences as needed.
  • Demonstrate continued growth in therapeutic skills through learning, knowledge, and application.
  • Communicate any needs or concerns with administration.
  • Uphold and incorporate the core values, vision, mission, and philosophy of Pediatrics Plus into all job responsibilities.
  • Display an understanding of the leadership and management style of Pediatrics Plus.
  • Perform other related and non-related duties, as assigned.
