About The Position

UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago is seeking an experienced, mission‑driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who excels in developing behavior plans, leading teams, and promoting independence, safety, and meaningful community participation for those served. In this position, the BCBA will oversee the assessment, development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior support plans. Duties include supervising Behavior Services staff, conducting staff training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing direct support during behavioral crises. The BCBA will collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to ensure services align with each participant's physical, social, and emotional needs. This position also requires maintaining accurate data collection, completing billing requirements, and participating in organizational initiatives that enhance program quality. Requirements

  • Master's degree in clinical psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related human‑services fields
  • BCBA certification and a valid Illinois driver's license
  • Minimum two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, including one year in behavior analysis
  • Ability to supervise interns/Level 2 providers, respond to crises, and work a flexible schedule
