About The Position

UCP Seguin is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Behavior Administrator to lead the development and delivery of behavior services for youth in our Foster Care and Group Home programs. This role provides essential leadership in designing behavior plans, creating interactive training modules, and ensuring compliance with DHS Rule 116, DCFS program standards, and agency policies. The Behavior Administrator will supervise behavior personnel, conduct assessments, and manage a small caseload of youth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology or a Human Services field and an active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities, including 1 year in Behavior Analysis
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist training within 30 days
• Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills; ability to manage stress, adapt to changing demands, and lead professionally

Responsibilities

• Training RBT trainees
• Overseeing initial assessments for new participants
• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data
• Modifying treatment plans to ensure effectiveness
• Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary teams, and school personnel to ensure continuity of care and successful outcomes
• Leading crisis response
• Participating in program evaluations
• Facilitating staff meetings
• Supporting hiring and onboarding behavioral staff
