Position Summary The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for developing plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors for children, adolescents and adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCaBA will conduct preference assessment, skills assessment and develop behavior and treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators and other team members. They will also be responsible for implementation of skills acquisition programming, training parents, behavioral personal care attendant and other caregivers on all behavior change protocols, analyzing data and adjusting plans as needed based on data.
