Job Summary: We are seeking passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who are fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis and eager to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment. As a BCaBA at Apara, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our clinical culture, collaborate with dynamic professionals, and provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Requirements

Active BCaBA certification, in good standing with the BACB and State Licensure (if applicable)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2+ years of experience as a practicing BCaBA (preferred)
Proficiency with practice management systems (Central Reach preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of services
Provide family guidance and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills
Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs/BTs to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care
Write and implement complex behavior support plans
Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive treatment decisions
Ensure ongoing compliance with BACB and company policies
