About The Position

Are you a dedicated BCaBA seeking a fulfilling role where your skills contribute to meaningful and lasting change for children with autism spectrum disorder? If so, we are looking for those that will help us fulfill our mission to make socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. At Butterfly Effects, we're not just another ABA therapy provider - we're a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering you with unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), we prioritize your success so you can focus on what matters, making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. At Butterfly Effects, you'll discover a supportive home for your professional journey. We're co-founders of the National Coalition for Access to Autism Services (NCAAS) and the Louisiana Coalition for Access to Autism Services (LCAAS), two non-profits dedicated to expanding access to ABA for all families regardless of socio-economic status. We lead with compassion and collaboration: BCaBAs are essential to our mission, with opportunities for autonomy, mentorship, and impact in a welcoming, family-centric setting. As a fully accredited BHCOE organization, we adhere to BACB standards, emphasizing individualized interventions, family involvement, and high-quality supervision over quotas. As a vital part of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll support family-centered therapy for children with autism under BCBA Supervision. This BCaBA position is perfect for those passionate about autism therapy, behavior analysis, and making a difference-without the constraints of non-compete clauses. Since 2005, Butterfly Effects has transformed the lives of over 15,000 families through individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Our butterfly logo symbolizes love, rebirth, and metamorphosis - mirroring our commitment to helping children and families thrive. If you are ready to bring your passion, expertise, and compassion to a stable team that values you as much as the families we serve, we would love to meet you.
