About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support. We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

Requirements

Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
ABA experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County

Responsibilities

Lead nd supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
Track and review client progress
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
