The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA) is responsible for supervising and monitoring behavioral intervention services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. This role involves working collaboratively with behavior technicians, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and engaging with parents to empower them in supporting their child's positive behavior development. The BCaBA maintains a billable caseload and ensures compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards.
