About The Position

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, particularly children, with autism and other developmental disorders. This position involves implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure compliance with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• BCaBA certification
• Experience in applied behavior analysis
• Experience working with people with autism
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities
