Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Experience with medical records and intake processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy plans, adjusting regularly based on progress.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision for behavioral therapists.
  • Review and ensure the quality of clinical reports and session notes.
  • Prepare progress reports based on data and observations.
  • Communicate and train parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the Director to maintain case quality and excellence.
