This role provides behavior analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for implementing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data, training support staff, and supporting clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, primarily those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). BCaBAs collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance quality of life. This role requires a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis (ABA), excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices.
