In this role, you'll be responsible for picking up and delivering our customers' BMWs from their homes or workplaces, ensuring a seamless and convenient service experience. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually pick up customers' vehicles from their designated locations.
• Conduct a brief pre-service inspection of the vehicle and accurately document its condition.
• Deliver loaner vehicles to customers as needed.
• Return serviced vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness and care of every vehicle you handle.
