BMW Service Technician
About The Position
Chapman BMW on Camelback is hiring a BMW Service Technician to join our team! We’re looking for a highly skilled technician with strong BMW experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2+ years of BMW technician experience
- ASE and/or BMW certifications strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- ASE and/or BMW certifications strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to Service Advisors
- Accurately document inspection findings, service recommendations, and completed work
- Complete repairs as outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership standards
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all work meets BMW quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service
