About The Position

Responsible for swapping vehicles while ensuring safe and efficient handling of customer and company/owned vehicles. This position does not lead others.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

Responsibilities

Picking up and dropping off new and used vehicles dispatched by the Sales Manager from one dealership to another.
Inspect vehicles & report any damage on vehicle to management immediately.
Assist in making auction runs.
Ensures accuracy in dealer trade paperwork, reporting anything incorrect to management.
Report any accidents or injuries immediately.
Report any hazards to management.
Perform the duties of the Lot Attendant when asked.
Perform miscellaneous duties within the dealership as needed.
Assist in regular customer vehicle wash and vacuum.
Must be able to lift at least fifty (50) pounds, bend, reach overhead, squat and stoop.
