Requirements

Prior automotive repair experience preferred
ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Prior BMW or dealership experience is preferred OR completion of an automotive program.
UTI Fasttrack and STEP Students are encouraged to apply.
Passionate about the brand and eager to pursue a career with us.
Desire to improve constantly and grow in your skills with training
Must be ambitious and a self-starter
Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends
ASE certified is preferred but not required.
Valid Driver's license in good standing.
Eager and determined to do quality work and earn customers for life
Attention to detail and follow safety protocols
Professional in appearance and communication

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose cause of malfunction.
Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
