Your Role As a Client Advisor, you aren’t just selling cars; you are acting as a brand ambassador. You will:

Requirements

  • Experienced: You have previous automotive sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Professional: You maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and phenomenal communication skills.
  • Ambitious: You have a "Self-Starter" mentality and bring your "A-Game" and a positive attitude every day.
  • Adaptable: You are ready to learn new products quickly and are available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Qualified: You hold a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Consult & Connect: Use a consultative approach to help customers select the perfect vehicle by truly listening to their needs.
  • Master the Product: Become an expert on BMW’s latest technology and performance specs to provide "attractive and informative" presentations.
  • Build a Legacy: Nurture long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into lifelong clients and referral sources.
  • Collaborate: Work directly with the Sales Manager to set goals, analyze activities, and hit (or exceed!) sales quotas.
