About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and professional BMW Certified Technician to join the Bill Pearce Motors team in Reno, Nevada. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing cars and light trucks using their extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, flat-rate Technician position, and the successful candidate will be compensated with $30 to $37 per hour based on experience. The role requires a strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for performing scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs as specified in manufacturer service schedules, maintaining accurate records of service and repair work, and adhering to safety procedures and standards set by governing bodies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of completing service and repairs in a timely manner and will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
