BDC Representatives act similar to a liaison between the sales department and prospective customers searching for either a new or pre-owned vehicle. The position is mainly focused on scheduling sales appointments while also supporting other functions of the sales department as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handles guest correspondences with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction; Receives inbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles; Conducts outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles; Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information; Maintain and communicate exceptional product inventory knowledge; Gather and track customer data as directed and accurately enter into CRM; Facilitate timely follow up on internet leads; Employee must be onsite to perform job duties; Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification as assigned. This does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
