About The Position

AirPro Diagnostics is looking for Technicians with strong BMW/Mini Dealership experience to work from home in the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) industry. This is an hourly position where technicians will remotely perform both pre-scans and post-repair diagnostic scans to assist in the proper repair and calibration of vehicles in collision repair facilities. The role involves using a scan tool connected to the vehicle to perform various diagnostic functions, ensuring the vehicle's ADAS systems are returned to the manufacturer's designed condition.

Requirements

• 5 or more years performing hands-on automotive repairs.
• 2 or more years as a diagnostic master/lead technician.
• 1 year of experience dealing directly with customers.
• Current or previous ASE or OEM certifications (not required but nice to have).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills.
• Current or previous ASE or OEM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-scans and post-repair diagnostic scans for vehicles.
• Assist in the proper repair and reconfiguration-calibration of vehicles.
• Connect remotely to a scan tool that is connected to the vehicle.
• Perform code/data reading, programming, bi-directional testing, component re-learns, configurations, coding, calibrations, and code clearing.
• Provide diagnostic assistance to ensure ADAS systems are functioning as designed.
