Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed. Efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals. Work closely with Mentors who will support the development of your skills, experience and knowledge as you repair customer vehicles. Requirements

  • Experience working in a full-service automotive repair shop preferred
  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills
  • A positive team player: our company successes have always been built on mature and dedicated teams who love what they do
  • Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
  • Able to use/learn to use: CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
