The Role at a Glance – Bill Jacobs BMW Apprentice Technician We are excited to add an Apprentice Technician to our team. As a BMW Apprentice Technician, you will have the unique opportunity to work with one of the most iconic automotive brands in the world. Under the guidance of our three master-certified BMW shop foremen, you will repair and perform maintenance on BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive experience.
• BMW FastTrack and BMW STEP students and graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with BMW &/or MINI is a plus; we will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability standards.

Nice To Haves

• BMW or German brand experience preferred.
• Good communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• Reliable with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, recall work, and installations, according to experience and certifications, that meet dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Perform automotive services including engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, suspensions, alignments, steering, heating and air conditioning, basic and ABS brakes, exhaust systems, etc.
