Wayne, IN is looking to hire a Junior Software Engineer to be part of the Command and Control (C2) Software development/maintenance team.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
- Experience developing software using Java/C++/Ada.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is also required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in OO and scripting languages
- Experience with developing, testing, and integrating software using Java / C++ or modern software development language.
- Software development lifecycle experience using an Agile methodology.
- Experience across the product development life cycle.
- Well developed communications skills and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Proven ability and desire to facilitate career growth and knowledge transfer.
- Proven ability to develop technical solutions to complex issues.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
