The Principal BMC Remedy Application Developer position is located at Hanscom AFB, MA and focuses on providing acquisition program management support for Cyberspace Security and Control System (CSCS) programs. CSCS is a System that provides 24/7 network mission assurance, network management and defensive cyberspace operations for the Air Force provisioned portion of the Department of Defense Information Network. CSCS also performs operations and fault resolution activities for the purposes of maintaining the operational capabilities of the network as well as activities to assure quality AFIN services.

  • Ensure that all application deliverables are compliant with Public Law 111-383, which states the general need for software assurance.
  • Ensure that all application deliverables comply with DISA Application Security Development Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), including the need for source code scanning to mitigate vulnerabilities associated with SQL injections, cross-site scripting and buffer overflows.
  • Support activities and meet the requirements of DoDD 8140, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, to achieve standardized, PKI-supported capabilities for biometrics, digital signatures, encryption, identification, and authentication.
  • MA/MS and 20 years of experience, of which 12 years must be in the DoD.
  • OR BA/BS degree and 25 years of experience, of which 15 years must be in the DoD.
  • OR 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.
  • OR GED, 30 years of experience in the respective profession being performed, of which 20 years must be in the DoD.
